We have assisted domestic and foreign companies with employment contracts of international nature, especially when employees are posted to work in Finland or other states within the European Union. We have acted as employer’s advocate in the litigation concerning a reference for a preliminary ruling in a case concerning minimum wages of posted workers. We have experience in legal proceedings at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.

We want to reach solutions that guarantee our clients' best interests. Our experience covers arbitration and we also offer services of a mediator accredited by the Mediation Board of the Finnish Bar Association. If alternative dispute resolution does not produce the desired results, we will assist our clients in every step throughout the litigation.

We consult company bodies regarding responsibilities in insolvency situations and we attend to company restructuring and bankruptcy matters in an efficient manner. We act as the estate administrator in bankruptcies and as the liquidator administrator in cases concerning restructuring of enterprises.
